Yesterday I was thinking about the VERY same thing. Free Republic is standing alone. After the election recently, I wanted all news to just GO AWAY!
I stopped looking for a whole week. Saddest week of my life in a LONG while. I mourn for my country.
But After this time of reflection, I came back and saw, where everyone else was giving up, Free Republic and FEeepers have been fighting back.
So yesterday, after that thought, I donated $50 to the FReeperthon.
Doesn't seem like much, but it's a lot to me, and I also give monthly, and have for years.
So my point is...
