From what I have read it's(Sidneys case) moving along at warp speed!! She had so much on the bad guys it's at a book level. It's very possible she remains our best hope but most likely not "our last best hope."

Thanks Rod. I'm sick of this "no evidence" mantra, and fear that the "don't upset the apple cart" SCOTUS will decide not to rule on her case. Very disheartening stuff. Will this turn out to be Appomattox Court House 2020?
