I just had a second thought on this.
Lol...when i first read this, it struck me kind of odd, considering we knew that fraud was being monitored electronically real time on election night...
So why would we even need the machines? We shouldn’t.
BUT... we may still need to shake out some culprits.
Anyone who resists attempts to investigate becomes complicit.
Maybe that is what is going on.
I suspect that Powell is not really after the machines.
She is after the judges that are willing to obstruct justice.
Powell doesn’t need these machines... The Kraken already got everything it needed on election night.
if Trump can get Georgia, Pa and Wisconsin back in the red, which are red, then he wins....
Ron (aka CodeMonkeyZ) who I believe has been working with Litigators has been saying something to the effect that they must impound these machines in GA before they are reset for the Senate race

Except for the recent decision for voting Felons, Florida seems to be doing things right.
(Also except that my county kept me from voting for Trump in 2016 and 2020).

Yes, Trump knew there would be fraud, but judging how all this has gone down I highly doubt he knew how and where the fraud would take place. His legal team surely did not have their ducks in a row either. Guiliani was bitching in his first briefing, complaining about how Trump’s team did not even have the most basic of legal papers prepared and ready for this battle before it began.
Those voting machines should have been seized a long time ago, especially in the more questionable counties.
Dominoes are ALWAYS “about to fall” yet they somehow always continue to stand. So very frustrating!
