Not necessarily. Pretty common for bad guys to run out of coke or meth in the early morning and go out looking for someone to rob for money to get more. They are so wired for them it’s still the night before.

Had a friend who worked undercover - - said the bad guys go home before 4 to 4:30 AM around the time construction workers ladies who throw papers, and grocery workers are moving into the morning world... said it was a stark contrast.
You’re right - morning’s a safer time...
I generally avoid malls so I don’t need them. I know you can get band-aids with them. The trauma bandages might be available online or they may just be a black market item at this point. Academy sells kits where you can apparently assemble your own.
