Help is on the way to understand Sidney Powell's Michigan lawsuit: A Series of Slides Explains the Core of the Complaint

Sidney Powell's Michigan lawsuit is shorter than the Georgia lawsuit she filed (although I suspect that has do to, in part, with a smaller font and different formatting choices).  Nevertheless, it's every bit as complex, because while Michigan had the same overarching forms of fraud (fraud revolving around paper ballots and their counting and voting machine fraud), the supporting facts are different.  Enter Doug Ross, who has a real knack for creating uncomplicated infographics that clearly explain complicated materials.

If you haven't already seen it, I reproduced here Doug's infographic about the complaint Sidney Powell filed in Georgia.  It's a lot easier to understand what he did than it is to understand the complaint.  As is the case with all complaints, that document is larded with confusing, and often repetitive, language that plaintiffs must include for procedural reasons.

Because Georgia is in the news owing to the all-important runoff for Senate candidates, a lot of people missed the fact that, at the same time she filed the complaint in Georgia, Powell also filed a lawsuit in Michigan.  At a fundamental level, the complaint is the same as that in Georgia.  That is, both charge that the two states violated voting laws, engaged in massive ballot fraud, and engaged in computer voting machine fraud.

Each state has its unique factual wrinkles.  In Michigan, Democrats were extraordinarily aggressive when it came to barring Republicans from observing the mail-in ballot vote counting.  Meanwhile, in Georgia, Democrats pretended that the vote-counting venue had suffered a dramatic pipe burst and locked out observers, only to continue counting.

If this goes unresolved and unpunished, it solidifies a new standard of behavior from which to launch future election fraud.

The only direction for the marxist election-stealers is to double down, for 1/6/21 and beyond.

The Dems calculated that the fraud would be worth it because:

1. Evidence to prove it would be difficult and timeconsuming

2. The media would ignore all evidence and lawsuits alleging fraud

3. The tight post-election calendar would guarantee a certain momentum to Biden, which would make it harder for judges to adjudicate in favor of plaintiffs, with the advent of each key deadline

In short, the fraudsters calculated that the letter of the Constitution (i.e. deadlines) would be an effective shield against any attempt to redress the subversion to the spirit of the Constitution (election fraud).

Fraudsters?... Actually they are seditionists, and in some cases perhaps even guilty of treason if connected to Iran and China.

Nice summary of the complaint.

But a complaint is an allegation. During the case is where you must prove the allegations and get an opportunity to do so, so long as you have:

1) advanced a basis in the law upon which relief can be granted; and

2) made factual allegations that support and establish that basis.

What will happen next is that a judge will throw this out. They will do so ignoring the above a d saying that they see no facts. But the facts are presented in the form of written, expert and testimonial evidence.

Judges refusing to even hear it is disgraceful.

This is why it is crucial to present it to state legislatures.

You are absolutely correct.

This is further buttressed by all the Trump-hating sycophants with tunnel vision - get rid of Trump by any and all nefarious means carte-blanche. Their vision set of removal, while in their blind periphery they destroy this Republic to the point where the old adage “Vote socialism in, but you’ll have to shoot your way out” applies.

I’m praying for her success, but if she’s not part of the Trump legal team, what standing does she have to file these?

Judges refusing to even hear it is disgraceful...

Agreed with your other points, however I'm more optimistic on the rationale for lower-court judges refusing to hear case merits.

Regardless whether they do look at the merits, or rule for Trump, the net effect is to slow things down for the bad guys. Indeed, perhaps their superiors at SCOTUS directed the lower courts to act in this manner to expedite things. Worst, would be an appeal process in the hands of opponents who would time their appeal for maximum damage by running the clock.

This is going to SCOTUS, and the sooner that happens prior to 12/14, the better.

I hear she’s filing the case on behalf of Republican state legislators.

It's not Powell's standing that matters, but the plaintiffs on the case.

For MI, plaintiffs are: TIMOTHY KING,MARIAN ELLEN SHERIDAN, JOHN EARL HAGGARD, CHARLES JAMES RITCHARD, JAMES DAVID HOOPER and DAREN WADE RUBINGH

Another possibility is that the Democrat elites felt they could be brazen in their fraud because they have not been even questioned for any of the illegal stuff they’ve done already. Once they destroy chain of custody documentation and wipe the computer disks, nothing can be “proven.” In other words, “the vision of the anointed” is blinding them.

What gives me pause is the fact that in August a nongovernmental computer surveillance group was organized to watch the November election. They may have “hacked” the “hackers.”

Dare we hope that the Trump administration is giving these guys so much rope that they will be able to string up the whole lot of them??

Part of issue in TCF counting center is the SOS/ Election board hired people listed as Independents which were really liberals/Dems and very few Republicans.

Michigan on the ballot 2018 election also allowed for remapping by independent panel made up of 4 Republicans and the rest Dems and Independents. They are going to move lot of Republican areas into Dem areas. Going to be hard going forward for Republicans to win Michigan.

OK, these names do not ring a bail. Who are these plaintiffs and what standing do they have?
