What amazes me is how fast the lower courts are “kicking the can down the road” when they could sit on the lawsuits and cause Trump’s team to run out of time. The media thinks all of the rejections amount to failure on Trump’s part to “overturn” the election. It shows how the Dems aren’t thinking straight. These challenges very well could get to the Supreme court thus giving Trump the victory he deserves.

This should have been the presentation in the Trump Legal Team should have briefed at their press conference. It’s clear and concise and covers the key irregularties without touching the computer voting systems issue. All of this was old fashioned, tried and true election fraud, just planned and executed on a nationwide, centrally planned basis.

They were prepared to do it everywhere, but in the end, did it only in those states that they had to have. This is the best explanation of what happened that I have seen.

So, can this be proved? Probably, but unlikely before the Electoral College must vote, especially given the missteps made by the Trump team. The best chance of success is to focus on three things, Priority one needs to be signature verification or the absence of it. That will invalidate the most votes. Second, pound the table on the undervotes down ballot and the overvote in battleground states with votes for Biden exceeded the voters registered.

Some who have been working with the Trump team have said that this is the real strategy, and that they have time to file the necessary cases. Maybe. But, time is of the essence and the Republican Party in these states will not help, and the state courts and the Federal Appeals Courts will run away like scalded dogs. Finally, don’t count on the Supreme Court to ride to the rescue. All of the above are quite happy with the result and have no incentive to overturn the corrupt result.

The most likely outcome will be establishing the facts as summarized in this article and getting them on the record with the judiciary, lay it out to the public, and prepare for the 2022 election. Meanwhile, Trump can do what Jackson did in 1824 when the election was stolen from him to build a new party (the Democrat Party) and lead it to victory in 1828. It changed this country and it lasted for 150 years when the Democrat Party went off the deep end. The rebuilt Trump team can do it again for 2024.

The Barr/Durham investigation...

LOL. WHAT investigation?? These two place mats are running out the clock until they can get as far away from this as possible. Useless.

> Biden told us himself- “We have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” <

Biden has a history of making gaffes. But this comment cannot be explained away as a simple gaffe. The word “fraud” is just too specific, and just too relevant to the rest of the sentence.

Something like “voter motor”...okay, that’s a gaffe, a Bidenism.
“Voter fraud”...nope, Biden let the truth slip out there.

And for those who haven’t heard it, here’s Biden’s “voter fraud” comment:

> This is crazy. It’s like a real life Tom Clancy novel and we are all playing a part... <

Isn’t that the truth. It’s surreal. And then there’s the pandemic on top of it. But Clancy never would have added a pandemic to any of his intrigue stories. It would have made the whole thing too unbelievable.

This list is excellent. Trump and any friendly media remaining need to condense this and hammer it home ever.single.time. they speak

Give people the simple facts they need to speak out.

The court of public opinion is just as important than the judicial courts.

The failure to match signatures on mail-in ballots. The destruction of mail in ballot envelopes, which must contain signatures

I am working from memory, but in Georgia, for example, previous elections had mail in ballots in the range of 30-50K. Of these, rejection rates would range from 4% to as high as 10% in some counties.

This election, Georgia has Sec. of State declared

Total requests for absentee ballots to date: 1,609,702 Total absentee ballots accepted by counties to date: 541.396

And the rejection rate for all these ballots is around 0.03%. So TOTAL rejections fell by HALF, even while the total number of mail in ballots increased by about 12X!!

This is a persuasive list - but far from complete.

For example, the direct switching of thousands of votes from Trump to Biden, in Antrim County, Michigan.

Vote switching, is a whole additional category, of the many types and layers of fraud conducted.

As the cases march toward the Supreme Court, I expect that we will see even more persuasive such summaries published - increasingly damning and incontrovertible, as the facts are brought to light, and digested.

Second post from you that is quite defeatist and completely untrue. You know it is untrue.

This Spectator article, soberly written and non-conspiratorial, from a publication that is regarded as a thoughtful and intelligent conservative voice, has convinced me that there are serious questions regarding the election.

I never denied there was fraud. I just believed that it wasn't a game changer and that Trump had mostly himself to blame for failing to overcome this handicap.

I no longer believe this.

While I continue to believe Trump will not win in the courts, I am a pessimist here, and that Joe Biden will be inaugurated next January, there is no denying the obvious fraud that took place, fraud that I no longer doubt was enough to change the outcome of the race.

I believe that President Trump legitimately won Pennsylvania and accepting this, he likely won other battleground states as well.

He will not win in the courts but he did not lose this election.

No matter what happens in January, President Trump should never concede.

I agree, and if Biden is the “honorable” and devoutly Catholic man he claims to be, he should have no problem supporting the investigation and its fair conclusion. Why would he want half the American voters to doubt he won fair and square and the election was illegitimate? He says he wants to be the President of ALL Americans. Back that up, Joe!
