One important item is missing. I see no reference to the legislature being the body to now select the electors. This is like the Seinfeld car reservation episode where they didn’t hold the reservation. They left out the most important part of the resolution which was to affirm the power to choose the electors resides with the legislature.
It smells like they are ducking their responsibilities. I have little or no faith in Pennsylvania Republicans doing the right thing. They are Tom Ridge’s in their hearts and souls.
