With mounting evidence of election fraud now visible, members of the Pennsylvania legislature have drafted a joint resolution [SEE HERE] to overturn election results, reverse the previous state certification, and the sponsors promise they will take it to the Supreme Court if necessary.

How is there a 30 day delay?
******************************
They are in recess until the new congress is sworn in.
It looks like the PA legislative committee was convinced by Rudy’s case. The legislature has the power to make this happen.
They were talking about this during the hearing.
“Get the resolution passed. Now.”
As of now, only 26 members of the legislature support the resolution. Unless quite a few more join, it has no chance of passing.
Then there is this:
“The proposed resolution, if it gets introduced, has only a short life since the legislative session ends on Monday, Nov. 30. All pending bills and resolutions will die at its conclusion.”
I know that. But where is it written when a term expires and when a new term starts?
so this is just kabuki with no teeth?
Please everybody call PA leadership. There are 4 of them.
Bryan Cutler 717 783 6424
Kerry benninghoff 717 783 1918
Jake Coleman 717 787 1377
Kim ward 717 787 6063
Be nice and get this resolution passed. If we don’t make a stand now, when? Do it now.
Personally, I want them to pass a new election code for the next election now. They are working on the budget now. They should hold the budget hostage to get the election code fixed. In the process of doing so they can bring to light all the fraud. Shutting down the Commonwealth government will get everyone's attention and the media can be forced into covering the fraud. Most people in PA do not know or believe there is fraud because the media says it is debunked, baseless and Rudy is a drunk.
the Secretary of the Commonwealth and the Governor to withdraw or vacate the certification of presidential electors and to delay certification of results in other statewide electoral contests voted on at the 2020 General Election;
5. Urges the Secretary of the Commonwealth and the Governor to withdraw or vacate the certification of presidential electors and to delay certification of results in other statewide electoral contests voted on at the 2020 General Election; and
6. Urges the United States Congress to declare the selection of presidential electors in this Commonwealth to be in dispute.
Even if passed, this Resolution has no teeth. It does not invalidate the election nor does it provide for the General Assembly to appoint the electors directly. All it does is urge the Secretary of State, the Governor, and Congress to act.
“so this is just kabuki with no teeth?”
That’s what it appears to be to me. With only 26 members of the state legislature, so far, on record supporting it and they’d have to get it passed by end of session Monday, I really don’t see this going anywhere.
The current legislature needs to put the result into dispute and seat the next legislature in order to place the electors in place.
If not, the Dem Secretary of State stays in charge.
will twitter allow this to be reported? or will they put a “disputed” warning on it?
ROFL
NO he said he had to file the resolution befor Monday OR they would have to seat the new members, it looks as though he had the votes to file BEFORE Monday!! GOD BLESS these courageous legislators!!
“Awesome. Let’s make “Former President elect Biden” a reality.”
That’s the Office of the Former President elect Biden. LOL
“It would be better to have this finished before 12/1. Mastriano has a plan for 12/1 forward, using the State of Emergency Declaration to have the new reps/senators seated without a 30-day delay.”
What does it take to issue a State of Emergency Declaration?
Thank you for posting that. I want to hug the Pennsylvania legislature.
Brilliant!!
>>I want to hug the Pennsylvania legislature.<<
Good post. lol
