I believe Mastriano said they are going to use the vehicle of a “resolution” rather than a “bill” because then the governor doesn’t get to veto.

They are trying to pass a resolution instead of a bill. A resolution does not need to be signed by the governor.
If they can pass it,(which is still in doubt) they will send their own electors to vote. However, the governor will probably won’t recognize their resolution, and will most likely send their own electors.
So, it should be really interesting, and everyone is going to get a big civics lesson.
I keep hearing that Pennsylvania is a big gun lover State....lots of hunting.....so where were all these armed patriots when they weren’t allowing Republican poll watchers to exercise their constitutional rights? Where were they after Justice Alito made a ruling, which the Philly demons thumbed their noses at?
Rudy says Trump won PA by 300,000. Where are all the PA Trump voters? Why are they not organized and mobilized in the face of all the disgusting fraud that disenfranchised them in their own State?

This shouldn’t be an uphill battle for the Pennsylvania legislature, and it’s not a “process.” All they need to do is select a slate of Trump electors and wave Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution in the face of anyone who tries to claim that the Legislature lacks the sole authority to do so.
