I have read that Nevada literally mailed a mail-in ballot to EVERY single person on their voter rolls

I thought all the states did that.........Michigan did

I’ve read that only 4 states did it en masse, no questions asked - California, Nevada, Vermont and New Jersey and the District simply mailed out ballots to everyone on the voter rolls, with the stupid/simple advice “don’t vote twice! That’s illegal!”

Some other states like Hawaii, Colorado, Washington and Oregon also mailed out ballots to everyone in advance, but I can’t see how their schemes are different
