Procedure:

Case is assigned to ONE of the ND Georgia/Atlanta district judges.

Luck of the draw there.

Appeal goes to 3-judge panel of Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Appeal of that ruling goes to full 11-member panel of 11th Circuit, or Supreme Court.

And for those wondering whether or not to vote in the runoff elections in Georgia to try to keep a Republican majority U.S. Senate,...

A little more motivation here. Get the vote out.

Yes. The bill would give $8 billion per year for 20,000 grants (farms) up to 160 acres each (every year) through 2030. Some global oligarchs have been pushing leftist politicos and politicians for a forced complete racial, cultural and international blending in U.S. rural areas as soon as possible.

Well isn’t that special. It worked out so well for Zimbabwe and it’s doing likewise in South Africa and the communist ANC. I had a very good friend who was an officer in the Zimbabwean Army and he hated Mandela. When Mugabe was first elected, my friend, Zindoga, thought he was a visionary who would end inter-tribal warfare. He changed his mind a bit later and was assassinated.
