The Kraken has a Freeper amongst its many arms!!! And not just any Freeper. Scott Johnson at Powerlineblog reports the RatherSlayer joins the fray...

I was surprised to find that our old friend Atlanta attorney Harry MacDougald signed off on the complaint as local counsel (and “more than a mere conduit,” he kindly advised me in response to my email inquiry this morning). Harry is the perceptive gentleman who began the unraveling of the Rathergate fraud late on the evening of September 8, 2004, with a Free Republic comment he posted under the name “Buckhead.” (Then Los Angeles Times reporter Peter Wallsten identified Harry as “Buckhead” with some detective work of his own for this story ten days later.)

He is the first counsel listed on the Kracken's initial salvo. Free Republic takes point again!

What is the difference between and need for both requests 4 and 10 at the end of the filing. Seems redundant.

4. An immediate order to impound all the voting machines and software in Georgia for expert inspection by the Plaintiffs.

10. An emergency declaratory judgment that voting machines be Seized and Impounded immediately for a forensic audit—by plaintiffs’ expects [sic];
