Yep, he’s right. If you collect 1,000 ballots from a region that’s 96% pro-Biden (say a typical 4AM Democrat Party Cabal-perpetrated Biden-ballot dump in Detroit), it’s about a 1-in-a-quintillion chance that all 1,000 of those ballots will be Biden-ballots. Seems kinda, how should I say this, unlikely. LOL.

If you do the calculation, there is a 50% chance that you will see 1 Trump vote for every 17 Biden votes, given a 96% Biden region and a fair election.

So seeing 1,000 Biden votes in a row, yes, this is a fraud.
