After this election if this went to the House (R)s have 29 state delegations where (R)s hold lower and upper chamber majorities, (D)s have 21. Each State gets 1 vote. (R)s win if it goes to House. No question.

Huh? There's a couple States that have even splits... Last I looked at the numbers, it was 26-22-2 I believe. (This is current House, not the new election.) So still a Repub win, but I'm not sure where you're getting a 29-21 win?
