Flynn would never have been acquitted, would never have been free from further prosecution. Biden’s DOJ would’ve nailed him to the wall on every made up charge they could dream up. Sullivan would’ve been up for Justice job at SCOTUS as his reward for keeping the noose around Flynn’s neck all this time.
