This may be the case of accepting late ballots by authority of a non-legislative nature, invalidating the mail-in ballots that were mixed in with the manufactured ballots after the polls closed, and Justice Alito's warning. The judge ruled against them originally, but told appellants how to correct it and re-file because the EVIDENCE WAS SO COMPELLING AND APPALLING.
