Had this talk with my 19 year-old (Trump voting) son. He was only 7 when Obama was elected, but he is aware of how charismatic Obama was. Plus, the fact that he was African-American was definitely a draw to voters. He said he could understand how voters would be attracted to the guy, though he does not agree with his policies.
He said he could see no attraction to an old dinosaur like Biden. Did enough people HATE Trump to the point he’d get this many votes? I highly doubt it considering his other negatives.
My son is 18, this was his first election. He and 16 of his 17 friends voted for Trump. The one who voted for Biden even apologized, he had no idea how bad Biden was until my son’s friends educated him.
They are so dejected at this point, their first vote to be stolen like this. My son is almost depressed. It is just unconscionable. Many of them never want to vote again, but I keep telling them, people are fighting so that your vote will count and these wrongs will uncovered and reversed.
Rasmussen measured POTUS job performance at 52% approval on the day of (or before) the election, besting Hussein & Bush #43 on the day of their 2nd election.
