The two houses will not agree and preference is given to the slate of electors certified during the safe harbor period. That would be the one from the fraudulent secretary of state. What does SCOTUS do? Do they actually intervene and throw out a state’s electoral votes if there is overwhelming fraud? If they do, does the 270 number get reduced?
