The SCOTUS is not omnipotent, and there was a deliberate effort by Roberts to shut out ACB before she could weigh in. Doesn’t mean it can’t be heard again.

No by having a 8 member court and corrupt John Roberts giving the decision a 4-4 tie. Not this time around.
