No court will rule the election was invalid. Perhaps comment on the fraud, even make criminal referrals. But that would be relevant only on a state level, not national. And I doubt any state legislature will select an independent slate of electors, which is the constitutional safeguard. If I’m wrong and one does, President Trump would need three. Unless a recount changes one of the battlegrounds, which I also doubt. IMO the biggest risk, that law enforcement doesn’t pursue the criminality which trashed our electoral system. Under Biden the Feds won’t, perhaps a state or two will start throwing criminals in jail rather than leaving them on the street to pursue their criminality. Underlying Willie Sutton’s statement that he robbed banks because that’s where the money is was the inability of authorities to catch him. Today it’s not inability but unwillingness. More dangerous.
The Michigan Supreme Court has just ruled there is compelling, troubling EVIDENCE of fraud necessitating a ‘results’ oriented audit remanding to the lower court to get on it immediately.
The liar media of course is not reporting this opting instead to scowl “they have no evidence, they have no evidence”.
It makes no difference that Michigan certified, they can be decertified.
Once decertified, the schedule deadlines will drive state legislators into pandemonium. Their dilemma will be if they don’t act, their state’s Electors won’t be present to assemble with the Electoral College.
Got a link to that? Yesterday they threw out a case challenging the Wayne County vote.
What the US Constitution says we can do and what will actually happen are likely not to have much in common.
Well, how about this:
Sleepy Joe Basement-Biden wasted 98% of his so-called "Presidential election campaign" snoozing in his basement, only occasionally and slowly emerging from his basement to angrily yell a teleprompter speech at a few curious bystanders in practically empty parking lots. It's as if Sleepy Joe couldn't care less about the election. Meanwhile, the highly energetic President Trump eagerly campaigned in front of huge throngs of his enthusiastic supporters throughout the United States and throughout the entire Presidential election campaign season. It's as if President Trump really wanted to be reelected.
The Democrats ran a shoddy, extremely depressing Democrat National Convention. The Convention's lowlight was Michelle Obama's depressing speech in which she kept disapprovingly shaking her head "no" as she whined and complained about all the "white supremacists" throughout the U.S. Michelle also falsely claimed that no black lives matter to President Trump. Fortunately, as a public service, the gloomy Michelle Obama informed all Americans in her speech that she is "a black woman." Huzzah! Even some of the leading CNN Democrat apologists admitted it was a very dull convention. Also, Sky News Australia described the Democrat National Convention as "the world's worst Zoom meeting." The general consensus agrees.
In contrast, the Republican National Convention was widely considered a huge success. Again, even a couple of CNN Democrat apologists reluctantly admitted on air that the Republican Convention's presentation was far superior to that of the Democrats, especially in terms of energy level, production value, and tremendous crossover appeal to various groups of voters.
Election Outcome: Sleepy Joe Basement-Biden stunningly sets a new Presidential election all-time record-shattering vote total of 80 MILLION VOTES!
A DDG search turned up this:
doesn’t sound particularly strong, but it’s something.
Democrat is not half the country, one third at most. The vote fraud makes it look like more.
I’m not signing up for Epoch Times so I can’t see the whole story but I’m assuming that it doesn’t mention that it was only two justices recommending that, and they did that in the minority opinion when the court threw out the challenge to the election certification.
Two Michigan Supreme Court Justices urged a lower court to move quickly and “meaningfully assess” allegations of voter fraud, according to a Monday order that also denied an appeal by two Wayne County voters who sought to halt certification so that an audit could be carried out.
While the state’s highest court ruled to deny the appeal and disagreed with the lawsuit’s premise that an audit should take place before certification, it acknowledged in an order (pdf) the presence of “troubling and serious allegations of fraud and irregularities.” It also noted that the plaintiffs presented evidence to substantiate their allegations, including in support of claims that ballots were counted from voters whose names were not on poll books and that instructions were given by elections officials to “disobey election laws and regulations.”
In an opinion, the two judges then called for “the most expedited consideration possible of the remaining issues,” adding that a trial court should “meaningfully assess” plaintiffs’ allegations by way of an evidentiary hearing and resolve any related legal issues.
Yea, that's not an "order", as far as I can tell
As I said, that was in the minority opinion. It is not an order by the court to hold an audit or delay certification. It has no power in law.
Fraud put election outcome in state judges and governors hands total authority’ to select election results.
State Constitutional laws be damned.
Democrat party winks China sends thank you card.
This morning’s Steve Bannon’s War Room. The Justice’s ruling was read.
😨😀🙌
Thanks, someone else pointed me to the details. The problem is that the call by the justices for an audit was part of the minority decision. It isn't binding.
The case before them was requesting a stay on Certification. Which as MI had Certified yesterday they had to rule moot. So they couldn’t support them with a majority opinion. But couple judges went out of their way to encourage further action, for which plaintiff is filing today. How quickly they can get the lower court hack judge (Wayne County) to let them proceed, then get past him to return to MI Supremes remains to be seen. But MI Supreme court has been good in the fights against Whitmer. If they can get back there Biden may be doing that appealing thereafter. Which could save time.
Many years ago, in 9th grade civics and Oklahoma history class, another Willie warned us about wishful thinking. I never forgot that or even the place in the classroom he stood when saying it.
I figure the man is as long gone as the Republic is now.
1 elector per state, how many did Dementia Joe & his Ho actually win? 9 if you count DC! Trump wins!
never going to happen, as there isn’t enough security to protect the politician and their family who would dare to do this
