As a born again Christian, I will smirk all the way up to heaven following the nuke strike biden emboldened.
They were running all in the background for the last 48 months. He just suspended the ICBMs, but kept up the SRBMs, SLBM development, enriched uranium, and most estimates are that he collected enough fissile for 8-10 new additional nuke warheads per year.
Even DURING the current administration--and conducted a two-track program of salami-slicing (stalling negotiations for time), and sending bullshit letters, but all the while continuing their stated objectives as articulated in his New Years address of 2020. It is not a function of Kim suddenly starting up production in the last three weeks due to the election of Biden.
