Hell, I cannot believe Roy Cooper was re-elected, he is despised even in the Raleigh area.
Knowing it, proving it and getting a positive ruling on it at SCOTUS will be tough. If SCOTUS agrees that fraud existed and therefore nullified legal votes, which disenfranchised legal voters, SCOTUS could rule there was fraud but not enough to effect the election and thereby rule against Trump. I am not a lawyer I am just looking at how SCOTUS seems twist itself into a legal pretzel to split the baby on some issues.
Or SCOTUS could rule on each individual state challenge possibly flipping one or more states to Trump. This seems the more likely route. I believe PA is one state that fraud blatantly occurred, also in Detroit. Would PA and MI be enough to give Trump a victory? People in Wisconsin believe fraud occurred in Milwaukee county, but it may be hard to prove. NV on the other hand had more people vote then live in the entire state. We may see later that it as Dominion changing votes, but too late to help Trump.
I think a long shot would be SCOTUS ruling that fraud was so prevalent nobody could legally get an honest count of legal ballots. That could nullify the election, sending it to Congress.
Really an up hill battle either way. I hope we win this but it will take a perfect storm and will still result in CW II I am afraid.
Election night:
1. Vote shifting to Biden from other candidates, IIRC there's a 35 second video of 19,958 votes being shifted from Trump to Biden in PA.
2. Statistically Biden having a floor and Trump having a ceiling which triggered votes being given to each at a constant ratio for several consecutive batches.
After the voting stopped early:
3. The voting stopped early for no valid reason. Might as well bring that up. According to Sydney Powell, it is because Trump was winning so much the cheating algorithms could not handle it, so the back up plan was running a few million Biden only votes through the machines.
4. 100,000 to 150,000 ballots counted between midnight and 6:00 am on Nov 4 going 99% for Biden, at a rate faster than were counted on election night, with no Republican observers present.
5. After Biden's lead was established, dozens of sequential batches have the same ratio of Biden to Trump votes, regardless of batch size, down to the thousandth's place. I.E. 0.000 place.
All using the same software from the same Company in WI, MI, PA and GA, and other states where election laws were rewritting to allow for mail in vote fraud and then ignored their election laws anyway.
In a sane world that would be enough throw out every election that used Dominion systems and turn it to the state Legislatures, because we were all disenfranchised by this.
