I am not a lawyer so if lawyer wants to correct me please do. I think the case against Dominion is heavy in statistics and technology. That type of case involves a lot of analysis and the fraud is not as apparent. That could take months to build. I believe the President does not have the time, but does have a legit claim for mail in ballots being handled differently in different counties which disenfranchised voters or the ballots were not handled as directed by the courts and legislators. That is a heavy lift but can be addressed faster. If we had months, I think the fraud involving Dominion and others would be a powerful case. If Lin Wood is correct and Kemp is dirty, we may have some people willing to flip vice looking at jail time. But again that case could take many months to build and we do not have that time.

gateway pundit has done a series on this, covering most of the math and stats that I am aware of. The series is titled “WE CAUGHT THEM”, in all caps (naturally).

You are correct. Technology cases regarding software often take a decade or more to be decided.
