If the courts buy in to the idea that what happened is a mathematical impossibility, there is enough to move the needle in each of the swing states.

Mathematics, statistics, and "more votes than voters" will not sway the courts, sadly. I don't think that there exists a gun that could smoke enough to sway the leftist judiciary.

Even if a lower court took one of these cases and rendered a decision, prompting a review by the SCOTUS, they won't touch this case...period.
