A couple of my adult kids are visiting this weekend. We were talking about JFK last night and how if he hadn’t gotten shot, he wouldn’t go down as all that much of a President.
My one son is an engineer at NASA and said “Well, there was the whole space thing.”

I always find it ironic to contemplate what would would have happened if Kennedy hadn't been able to steal the election in 1960. Nixon might have been the one who was assassinated in Dallas. Can you imagine liberals' reaction to an eternal flame for Nixon?
Yes, I know why Kennedy went to Dallas, and that Nixon probably wouldn't have had to go there, but still, allow me my indulgence.
