Agree, he looking for some ‘ splash brilliance’ by now bringing oing fraud into SC mix knowing he didn’t even hint at that previously.
Voting machines and tabulators are not in any way supposed to be connectable (or routable) to the Internet.
If that can be proved, it would be a major fraud to begin with.
Other than that, I wouldn't have a clue how they could do it, beyond just plain old cheating, which, if they control the vote COUNTING, they can do anyway.
