I would say your argument is more with Sidney Powell than me. I’m just a part time researcher looking for info to help our side. Here you can see she claims the machines used by smartmatic/dominion can be accessed anywhere and the fraud committed and watched in real time.

Sidney Powell, the all-star attorney for General M. Flynn and the newest addition to President Trump’s legal team, alleged that Smartmatic and Dominion were used to bolster Biden over Trump, adding that she has enough evidence of election fraud to launch a widespread criminal investigation.
“We’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states,” Powell recently said on Fox Business. “I don’t make comments without having the evidence to back it up.”
“They can stick a thumb drive in the [voting] machine, they can upload software to it even from the Internet … from Germany or Venezuela even,” Powell said, adding that operations “can watch votes in real-time” and “can shift votes in real-time,” or alleged bad actors can “remote access anything.”

Dominion has yet to respond publicly to Powell’s comments, but they have previously stated that all claims of voter fraud are “Conspiracy theories and 100% false”, citing the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), which has unabashedly called the 2020 election the “most secure in American history.” They fail to mention, however, that Dominion Voting Systems is a member of CISA’s Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council, so to “prove” their innocence they’ve cited themselves. Makes perfect sense, right?

Dershowitz on María citing new thinks the Powell fraud case, with backup,evidence, a strong path with the SC as it would effect enough votes.
Interesting to watch this all of a sudden getting more traction as he hasn’t commented on that path that directly previously.
To me combo voter election integrity, no. Observers and the software as one MAGA bomb to ensure the SC has the votes to overcome Dems including Roberts from inventing a reason to rule against Trump.
Dershowitz just in essence talked the combo approach.
She also has said in interviews that she's "not a numbers person". I watched the MIT PhD video and was completely unconvinced of his logic. SImply put, he said that 45% straight ticket R votes in a precinct means 45% Republican. But as he showed there were only 20% Trump votes from the remaining 55% of the voters (non straight ticket R). But he's assuming the 55% are 45% Republican. That's simple not true.
In any case, an algorithm like his algorithm that he alleges results in the downward sloping line, or any other algorithm, can be detected by a hand recount. An algorithm that is not directly embedded in the counting machine is even easier to detect at least here in Virginia. The two parties and various officials know the numbers in each location down to the precinct. So if there is any change to a county or VIrginia as a whole it will be detectable. All the numbers are on the state website and they have to match what was sent in and they have to add up.
Where the mathematicians will be successful, IMO, is showing that the extra Biden votes are far in excess of what is expected, or in some cases even physically possible, in Dem controlled areas, particularly Detroit, Philly, Milwaukee and Atlanta. Probably others too. Those IMO were from ballots that were created or harvested or altered. There may well be deliberate counting errors in the machines (via configuration or other methods). The ballots themselves could be xeroxes or unfolded (never put in a mailing envelope) or filled in with the same pen, etc. All that is evidence that needs to be gathered to back up the math.
Election fraud is very labor intensive. Thus there are many people involved and some will flip. The fake polls and propaganda about needing mail-in voting (while you can safely go to the supermarket) was all done to cover the fraud. But IMO that fraud was a rather simple fraud at each Dem location.
