I was surprised to hear that there are a number of ways to elect a potus. As we already know sheer votes don't work. It's the electors that matter. If they don't add up to 270 another method must be used.
Also, its not necessarily a slam dunk that the electors have to vote one way or another. I'm hearing in special circumstances they can vote how they want. That could come into play.
Also, there are several other ways a president can get into office. One is the Supreme Court which can pretty much order a lot of different things should they think that peoples rights were not taken away or not allowed. That may be where the adm. is headed. Hard to say yet. Bottom line it's not over yet.
The fact that the CIA safe house in Germany was invaded by loyalists troops from the US and the dominion server taken should put fear into the thousands of criminals involved in the election scam.Those involved include the DNC/SCYTL/DOMINION/CIA and who knows how many others. The info on that server will document just how bad the criminal op of allocating 1.23 votes for every vote made to Biden and .77 votes to Trump. In addition there were a dozen other ways of voter fraud from delivering hundreds of thousands late at night. Curiously, voting was stopped at numerous locations around the country while vans,cars,etc.were used to bringing hundreds of thousands of ballots into the counting areas most of which were closed off to our side of the aisle.
Lots of means were used to cheat.In some areas the same batch of ballots were run over and over.Also, the ability to access the overall computer votes from most any location with criminals deleting Trump votes throwing Trump ballots out,allocating thousands of Trump votes to Biden and so many other ways of cheating it boggles the mind.
County after county state after state, city after city was involved in the biggest criminal voting operation ever.
I doubt any offshore alternation from here in Virginia would be undetectable. For one thing, every county knows their vote count. Multiple officials plus party reps, etc sign off on the counts from the machines. The machines at each precinct could have biased SW but a hand recount of ballots would quickly put that theory to rest. Their were only a little over 1,000 votes at my precinct and would be easy to hand count.
In any case the numbers from each precinct go to the county and from there to the state. Any deviation in the numbers or the totals would be instantly detectable. There is simply no way for an offshore server to change the numbers. Not for VIrginia and probably not for other states.

I think you mean counting was stopped (early morning Wed). That's true in PA, maybe other states. It's also true that thousands of ballots arrived during those early morning hours.
In Michihgan is is alleged that counting was stopped and Biden got 96% of a 138,000 ballot dump. That's used as evidence of offshore manipulation. The 138k is true and the 96% is also true. However it is not true that counting stopping in Detroit. They kept counting all night Tuesday night, and Wed morning until Wed evening. They kept delivering trash barrels and crates of ballots during that counting, among them the 138K with 96% Biden.
The simplest explanation is the best one in this case: fraudulent ballots.
