The judge in the case was recommended by Senators Tommy and Casey, and appointed by Obama.

However, he comes from Bradford County which is a conservative area and he is a Republican, member of the Federalist Society and NRA.

“Trump Lawyers: Pennsylvania Lawsuit Dismissal Moves Us Closer to Supreme Court”

I noticed yesterday that someone had posted the new listings of Supreme Ct Justices and their oversight. All nine Federal Ct regions have a Supreme Ct Justice overseeing it) All the contested states (WI, MI, PA, and GA) were on the oversight of a conservative justice. This makes me very confident that a well crafted suit will go right to the Supremes.

We are entering a very sensitive and definitive phase. We all know the election was stolen. But it has to be proven conclusively. We have three Justices who will not bow to anything. Jury is still out on Kavanaugh and Barrett. Let us pray that they are constitutional patriots like we have been led to believe.

It takes four votes to make it to the full court I believe.

But it has to be proven conclusively.

I definitely agree with that. But that seems to be the one biggest area where the lawyers are failing.

I don’t think the Supreme Court will hear the case.

Perish the thought! They have to get involved. It’s too important.
