There’s no real controversy to appeal - none of the states are particularly close, there isn’t a split between circuit courts - there’s nothing for the Supreme Court to rule on. And the Trump campaign doesn’t have a consistent legal argument that applies to more than one state - so even if there were a controversy why would SCOTUS take a Pennsylvania case that wouldn’t impact the election? Not gonna happen in a million years.
