She didn’t get any votes, at least not legally. I grew up in her district and still have a lot of friends and relatives who live there who all hate her freakin’ guts.
What happened is she organized illegals to vote for her thus her “surprise win” that first time. Thanks to Mike Bloomberg her district now has one of the highest concentrations of illegal aliens in the country and it has one of the most lax laws ever when it comes to registering to vote, all you need is proof of address like a cellphone bill and now they don’t even need that thanks to Cuomo who gave them drivers licenses
