Well said. I have contacted my Reps and Dept of State about the whole dirty, corrupt mess and most importantly asked them if I was expected to use the same corrupted machines and dirty officials in the Jan 5th election? We shall see if I receive a reply.
Thankfully I believe you are, Georgia State law clearly states that in order to vote in a runoff election you have to have been registered to vote in primary election.

Then start organizing as many like-minded people as humanly possible NOW, and do everything you can think of to demand transparency and access to the voting and counting process. Surround counting centers 24/7 to prevent 4:00 am ballot dumps, demand that Republican observers be granted full access to counting centers and refuse to accept any unreasonable distance restrictions. If they try to exclude observers once again, break down the freakin’ doors if you have to. In short, become as radical as the dems, only in our case it is radicalism in defense of liberty and our constitutional rights.

Will someone please expalin how that sentence does not prohibit newly registered voters from voting in the runoff election if they were not registered for the election?

The RNC needs to be assembling an ARMY right now of trusted conservatives as poll watchers, vote counters, etc., especially in the counties where most mischief happens.
