The Trump Team's Real Strategy

To endure the Democrat-Media Complex’s blackout of any discussion of credible allegations of voter fraud or election rigging is tough enough. But watching the conservative media grapple with the Trump team’s claims of election fraud as presented by Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, and Rudi Giuliani is downright dizzying. In stark contrast to the analysis provided daily by Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin, is the stultifying commentary by Tucker Carlson and, let’s say, a has-been who never was like Erick Erickson. I’m no Pollyanna and I do not have any insider information about the current state of the election, but I would like to tamp down a bit on the hysteria with my own perspective.

On November 19th, Tucker Carlson went into a Diva-style tirade about Sidney Powell’s failure to produce any evidence substantiating her claims that the election was corrupted by the Dominion voting system and whined about her refusal to go on his show and PRODUCE! THE! EVIDENCE! Trust me when I say conservatives were flipping out when Carlson went down this road. Expect his ratings to dip.

Then, Erick Erickson wrote "Nope" in which he lists Trump’s legal team failures in battleground courts -- affiants walking back claims, Trump’s counsel admitting to a lack of substantiating evidence for fraud claims and walking back fraud allegations before the court, asking for recounts but not in counties that used Dominion, and failing to provide evidence in sufficient numbers to make a difference.

Further proof of Erickson’s conclusion that we aren’t dealing in the realm of fact but uncredible conspiracy theory, is Sidney Powell’s failure to provide evidence of her fanciful claims regarding Dominion, Hugo Chavez, Smartmatic, Clinton, and Soros.

Sidney Powell said she would “love to be sued” by Dominion - she said ‘discovery’ would give her the opportunity to reveal everything.

If they have proof then show it! Time to either lay it all out or concede.

All theater. If he really care a out Biden’s corruption he would have followed up instead of giving his pal Hunter a pass. That’s showbiz.... It’s certainly not the news biz.

And, after she revealed everything, the Magic Fantasy Online Court would swoop in, arrest Biden and drag him from the White House, and then...

At some point in your life you will face a very difficult challenge where making the correct moves are critical.

Out there in the real world there will always be some fracking jerk who questions your strategy and your decisions.

You will be very very angry at them.

That will be your karma time.

Maybe they turn up the heat over the weekend or a Monday bomb will drop. Hope they have the evidence and they are giving a chance for more people to come forward. They won’t show there hand until it’s time. And maybe the law changes after they certify elections. Not sure.

Why, so the nefarious media can undermine it all??

When I played sports as a kid the teams I was on weren’t in the habit of telling the other team what our game plan was.

Grow up, stop acting like a leftist. You’ll find out when it’s time.

She is right. Losing cases in court is good because it buys time.

lol...uh, no. It doesn’t work like that. It’s not dependent upon our sensibilities.

I completely agree with both of you. The instant-gratification, give-it-to-me-NOW crowd won’t buy it, though. :-)

Some people here are convinced that this is all part of a brilliant strategy. They think that hiding all your cards is best because the courts and/or the states will do the right thing in the end. My opinion is that they significantly underestimate how much judges and legislators are influenced by outside pressure and thus the PR battle is every bit as important as statistical analysis and evidence.

I think some people are going to be very surprised when Biden takes over in January. The only way now to prevent that is for the right to start protesting on the level of the left. They need to make those who would otherwise go along with the steal as afraid of the right as they are of the left and the deep state. But the “trust the plan” attitude unfortunately seems to be prevailing. And thus the theft of this election will be successful.

I think that the point is well taken that Powell and Rudy are not seeking to try this case in the court of the public media. This is going to the supreme court where it will be adjudicated in an orderly manner. Trump is famous for bombastic tweets that draw the media to the left while his right hand is accomplishing legislative business. This is another one of those situations. Stay focused on the supreme court case where there’s 80 million votes stolen and flipped.

Tucker would have been better served if he’d talked to Sydney about the need for operational security, protecting witnesses from harassment, protecting evidence from tampering, and the requirement to prevent the case from being ragged through the media. Instead it appears that he deliberately threw the case, berating her because she didnt produce the evidence. I listened to him for years, i KNOW he’s smarter than this. He Knows better. I respect him and I’d like to think that he’s a part of the distraction. But until i understand that more clearly he’s off my viewing list.

In the meantime, do not let the media discourage you from the goal. There’s no such thing as the ‘office’ of the president elect. Biden’s not president or elect until Dec 14th. When the it’s time to concede then it’s time to go on the offensive. Once again, I’ll say if Trump spins up a MAGA Party, I’ll abandon the GOP with great relief.

“The only way now to prevent that is for the right to start protesting on the level of the left. They need to make those who would otherwise go along with the steal as afraid of the right as they are of the left and the deep state.”

Which is the reason the DC mega rally in support of Trump received very little mainstream press coverage and the violence against rally attendees received none.
