Right here is a major problem. Unless used in a high intensity farming operation such as truck gardening, you can not make a living on 160 acres. Even truck gardening might not pay out enough.
I can’t imagine a single black woman today moving to work farmland......LOLOLOL......that program will die before it gets off the ground! Working farmland is not the same as having a garden.
