Yes, and having an audit “in the works” would be reason enough for the legislature to not certify. How can you certify an election under audit? That’s like a lottery “winner” collecting his check before his ticket is verified.

it would also serve to let the USSC know that the state legislature does not agree with what is going down... as per the constitution requires.

imagine if this happened in 6-8 states over the next three weeks.

we are loooking at a house election... and the evidence of this being the plan, would be what is NANCY PELOSI preparing for... not in terms of details, but in terms of stiring up her party to flood the air waves with threats of illegitmacy of the courts to rule on the Constitutional meaning of “is” actually is, or what the term “state legislature” means.

by what they are bracing for, it indicates what they expect the outcome to be.

I expect prosecutions, convictions for treason and the requisite penalty.
