Is it possible FReepers can step in and use the mailing address to send a check instead of electronic donation? The family would see them arriving and know that this important detail is being handled without their effort. I know we wish we could ease the suffering of the family in some way; perhaps this small gesture could help dismiss the fundraising detail for now. Great idea, ransomnote!
