A lightbulb is going to go off in a lot of peoples' heads that this is the year they are going to smoke or deep fry a turkey so they can cook and eat outdoors.

How many accidents and injuries will result?

I deep fried three turkeys last saturday and a friend smoked one, plus we did three trash can turkeys. This was for a 120 person gathering we had.

As long as the turkey is thawed and you have the right amount of oil and don’t cook on a wood deck under the wood awning, you’re just fine.
