I wonder why BITMO was remodeled recently? ... America has reached the point that very harsh responses are now the only way to deter this crap. Hang one or two of the enemies within, after a trial, and the sedition will decrease. We will never stop sedition completely, but seeing the death sentence for TREASON will effect a significant number of these bastards.

Those who did this mail-in ballot fraud should be tried and receive firing squad treatment, to prevent their partners from doing in the future. AT minimum the convicted should NEVER be allowed into the populace again.

BTW, when foreign enemies are seeking to destroy America and Americans are aiding and abetting that effort, that is Treason. When the connections to China and Venezuela are revealed regarding the smartmatic software program originated for Chavez now infecting voting systems around the world, the ones aiding and abetting that software knowing it changes vote totals will be guilty of Treason. If no foreign assault is shown, then these bastards are guilty of sedition. Is that correct?

That’s your whole problem, you fail to understand that the term “enemy” as it relates to treason ONLY applies to a nation upon which we have declared war. Last I noticed, we haven’t declared war on China or Venezuela (we certainly would have noticed the effects of the former), so from a legal PIV no treason is possible - no matter how unfriendly those 2 POS countries are to us.

Not, IMHO, either nice or (as I pointed out in response) in any way accurate - as I was the one who specifically defined, in #2, what has been/is going on as “sedition” under Section 2384.
