I put little faith in redistricting.

Pennsylvania is the model. The Republican legislature specified new districting. Then the PA Supreme Court overruled and made their own district boundaries, giving more power to Rats.

This is 100% against the PA and US Constitutions, but that didn’t mean diddley squat.

Most of the stolen ballots for the attempted, still ongoing Great Train Robbery of President Trump's win came from the super corrupt, sleazy, BLM controlled, Dem big cities of Milwaukee (WI), Detroit (MI), Philadelphia (PA), Atlanta (GA) and a few other deep blue state big cities.
The season the GOP flipped so many Dem House seats, took control of three more state legislatures including deep blue New Hampshire, increased their majorities in the state legislatures they already control and took over even more counties is because it's not so easy to steal votes in rural counties with patriotic, honest Americans.
Stealing votes in places like Detroit, Chicago and Philly is like having dinner. They accept it as a normal part of life.
Not so for the overwhelming majority of the 3000 counties in this country.
