The real question is can he prove this in court with meaningful evidence? Sorry, Giuliani is a blowhard that loves to hear himself talk and become the center of the conversation. Can he seriously prove this in a courtroom? Anything short of that is a waste of time.

The courts helped with treason in Obama's "Crossfire Hurricane". The courts were assisting in any unlawful act they could help with to get Trump out of office either directly or by looking the other way.
No prosecutions from that gave the green light for election fraud. No legal concerns.
