There was an attempt to overthrow the govt. We simply arrest them and put them in jail.
The election will show Trump the winner, and many down ballot votes will also prove to flip. Probably a head spinning number.
Where a new election is needed, the military can oversee it while we are under martial law.

Great plan. Do we have to local State police in each state to arrest or the FBI? Oh that is right I forgot. Trump has already deputized a lot of state police.
When has Trump ever arrested anyone? The only people who have gone to jail during the Trump Administration have been Trump's people.
Remember when President Trump started asking some questions about a clear and obvious trail of corruption being perpetrated in Ukraine by Joe Biden and his family? Yeah, he got himself impeached over this.
So don't hold your breath waiting for this administration to start "simply" arresting people and putting them in jail. President Trump chose to fill his administration with swamp holdovers who never wanted him to be president to begin with and never lifted a finger to help him. It will be his undoing.
