I would imagine with a combination of documentary evidence and expert testimony. I don’t see how else it could be done. Cyber cases are prosecuted that way all the time both civil and criminal.

That’s the problem. Lots of theories, lots of allegations, but no evidence that would sway a court. I have to believe that if they had that they’d be before a judge as we speak.

I read it a bit differently:
She was very cautious and coy about identifying what they have. On the one hand, it doesn’t shock me. If they let the cat out of the bag, witnesses and evidence can be disappeared before it gets to the light of day. On the other hand, they could have no direct evidence and are relying on presenting a compelling circumstantial case which will get them compellingly nowhere.
In short, I am where I was before.

Because of the massive increase in absentee ballots, Fulton County purchased software to electronically verify signatures but could not get it to work. It reverted to all manual signature verification.

Tell you what. The day that Powell or Giuliani actually file suit and win in court then you can say you told me so. Till then all this is is noise without substance.
Hate to say it, but that is more or less on the money. With the stakes this high, it is put up or shut up time.
