Thanks for posting. This is the clause in our Constitution protecting those voters and those states who followed the rules and were disenfranchised by those voters and states did not follow the rules.

We can hang the illegal voting criminals by forcing the states to prove they followed their own rules regarding mail-in voting and in-person voting.
