If we take Wayne county completely out of the count, does that swing things to Trump significantly?

Yes. Wayne County swung the entire state. It is Detroit and Lansing IIRC. On election night when people were calling MI for Trump, I noticed that Wayne was 0% reported to the SOS website. Once Wayne came in, everything changed.

I traced multiple (at least six, might have been eight) 100+ year old voters to one nursing home in Wayne as well among thousands of 100+ year old voters in MI as a whole.

Lansing is in a different county. But, yes, Wayne includes Detroit and would swing MI to Trump and give him a +100K lead.

So in local news there was NO reporting on the local and state races in Detroit/Wayne Co. until after midnight?

In Harris County (Houston TX) there was fraud. The person in charge of the election was the DNC Finance Chairman who was selected by a Democrat majority on Commissioners Court to replace an elected Democrat who stepped down because of Coronaphobia. The man who replaced her never could account for THOUSANDS of difference between the votes received by the county and reported to the state (all throughout the early voting period).
