Ah. I see that now. Still and all, people are free to wear masks if they choose to. It’s not as if DeSantis criminalizing mask wearing the way demonicRAT governors are criminalizing Thanksgiving.
The mayors are not prevented from issuing mask mandates. They are just prohibited for issuing fines or other punitive measures to individuals who violate the mandate. Businesses are also still free to set policy for employees and customers.
