Rudy quoting sworn affidavits: "I was instructed" to ignore discrepancies in the ballots (to count ballots for Biden, no matter what) and to change the dates on those ballots if necessary.
Rudy says there are a hundred more affidavits--and this is just from one state, I think he said.
