If these are the ess scanners that we used here in delco. then the paper ballots can be recounted. I think the reprint at 4:00 am of the unreturned mail-out ballots and filling out those ballots is a larger problem (conjecture on my part. i don’t know reprints were done.) Also for every Sidney Powell there is a an Emmet Sullivan.
She’ll be Attorney General in the next term.
