Much if not most of the problems found today in the black community can be directly traced to the fact that seventy percent of their kids are born into one-parent families, in most cases lacking any sort of father figure during their upbringing - problem with authority figures, discipline, and aspiration are sure to follow.....
We need to stop subsidizing single parent families. We need to subsidize two parent stable families.
