I would think if he didn't have the proof, but he thought it happened, he would still raise the issue but be less vociferous about it.

Maybe the end game is to delegitimize him. I hope that’s not all but I don’t have any insight into what is going on or if they have anything. I would suggest that Destabilization is the very least we need to do because you shouldn’t be able to steal an election and go back to business as usual.
