They always do. I have been following politics since the 1960 presidential election, and off the top of my head I cannot recall any recount (of any significance) where the Republican candidate gained votes. The 'Pubs always lose votes in recounts, and the 'Rats always seem to gain votes. I just cannot believe that such a one-sided outcome in so many elections is in any way honest and fair.
I am going on 70 years old and I have no inkling of how many more years the good Lord will grant me on this Earth. But when it is time for me to leave this world it will be with no faith and confidence in our electoral system, and less so in our judicial system. This is going to come down to a huge pile of evidence of electoral fraud, cheating, and intimidation by the 'Rats, and a judge or panel of judges will look at it, shrug, and dismiss the case on the grounds that they can't do anything about an election that is certified and over, and if there are any "irregularities", or "sloppiness", or "mismanagement" of an election, it is up to the voters to fix that. (BTW, this is precisely what happened in the WA state governor election in 2004, which was blatant, in-your-face cheating by the 'Rats, and the judge just looked at it and said, too bad, so sad, the voters have to fix the problem by electing different government officials in charge of elections).
I hope you have many more years on this planet, but I appreciate your wisdom.
Even though it makes me sad.
It is incredibly unfair that the wishes of so many Americans are ignored.
